We are here for you.
Until end of the internet.

Internet software disappears all the time. It’s risky to trust services that could vanish without warning. We want more for our customers. Here is how we are ensuring it never happens to our users.

Open Source At Heart

To protect our customers from any future impact on our business, we’re committing to open source. Internet software can disappear due to acquisitions, shutdowns, or strategy shifts, and we don’t think users should bear that risk. Once Rayrift is out of beta, we plan to release it as open source (Planned: 15th March 2026), so you’re never locked in and can continue running, maintaining, or evolving it independently regardless of what happens to us.

The No-Lock-In Promise

Rayrift isn’t going anywhere. We’re building it for the long haul. But we also believe good infrastructure should never trap its users. If and only if Rayrift were ever discontinued, you’d be able to export your data and configs and move on without friction. We don't believe in lock-in and we dont want to hold you hostage. This is a safety commitment, not a signal. We have no plans to shut anything down.

Operational Transparency

This is the End Policy. We’ve written it to guarantee that you are never left in the dark, even at the end of the line. We don’t hide problems. If critical issues arise, we disclose them fully. Whether it’s an incident, a failure, or a sunset, you will never be left guessing. We commit to radical transparency as a final safety commitment for your trust.

Thank you for trusting us
